I am a professional coach certified by Results Coaching System.  I help business owners and managers in organizations to boost their performance, set powerful goals about their business and careers and I support them on their path to ensure successful outcomes.   My clients to date are entrepreneurs, C role individuals and senior managers spanning a broad range of industries such as IT, PR, marketing, communication, business consultancy, estate management, leisure and manufacturing.

I support my coaching qualifications with over 13 years of management experience in small to large enterprises working in various senior positions in sales, marketing, IT and business consultancy.   In my last role I was Group Marketing Manager for Nuova Fima an Italian leader in supplying automation solutions for the ceramic tile industry.  Over a period of 2 years I managed to turn around the whole company image, set up a general policy for communication and PR both on line and off-line and raised the company sales, profile and image to its historical best.
